Yeah, anywhere between 5 and 10 years is good. My old CRT's are 5 and 9 years old and they're still kickin'.
It doesn't use much bandwidth at all. Whenever it needs a new WU, it'll download it and get started on working with it. 5 minutes is all it'll take.
I don't have MYOB. It'd be easier to do it in Excel than in Access.
