I didn't even find it that good looking. On high settings nothing amazed me so you might be able to run it on max.
gamespy isn't that great anyway, I have no idea why they posted a 6800 but maybe for recommended specs they figured a 6800 will run at high settings
For headphones I'd look at some sennheiser
runs fine on even my rig.
