i had a small HP? system running 800mhz or so. Good quiet and very cool system. Ran off a 100 or so watt power supply. Good little machine

looks like a good little combo there. if you're going microATX try and get a 250 watt or higher power supply.
looks like a good motherboard, nothing special.
toast with peanut butter. cheetos or any fruit snack with cranberry juice or a small salad.
in this case multitasking won't be a problem, none of that is really CPU intensive anyway.
personally I'd go with an AMD 3000+ processor. Even at that, it's still a little overkill.
