Dell uses a proprietary system, meaning you have too use a Dell power supply.... All others Will Not work..
It can only be three or four things, First Video card is bad, or Motherboard or Power supply, and last would be a bad monitor.. Try the monitor on...
I am not sure on what you are saying here, You should not have to flash the bio's for nothing..You should have an Option in your bios to change...
I have not heard of that brand before, But it looks to be pretty good.. I try to stick with Corsair or Antec or OCZ ... Anyway Let us know if that...
If your PSU is making any kind of noise, then that is not good... could be the fan going out ? What PSU do you have ? Is it a brand name one ?...
I would replace the power supply first, what is your cpu temp ? it sounds like your bio settings went back to default for some reason...
I don't, but I put mine into the desktop , have of that stuff doesn't work if offline..
