also try to set your CPU FSB to 166, your RAM speed to 166, or 333. have it set to a certain value, not auto.
Try to backup all important files and do a clean install. I've had many problems with windows upgrades.
personally, I'd stay away from 6200's, 6600's are good if you can afford one but if you can't I'd get a 9800pro with 256-bit memory.
