If that doesn't work, then copy all other files from the flash drive to your harddisk. Then format the flash drive, and put the data back.

No, if you want to do that, you'll need to replace your graphics card with one that has 2 VGA outputs. You can only use multiple graphics cards...
It might be caused by overheating. Check the CPU cooler for any dust, and clean it.
No, I think that you'll need a VGA splitter cable to connect 2 screens on 1 VGA card, if it only has 1 VGA output.

Have you tried to put the screen resolution in Windows to a squarebox resolution (800x600, 1024x786 etc.), and then set the tv to widescreen?
