That site is for CCNA revision, I cant point you to a proper site that teaches the basics of networking, but i can share an ebook. Here’s the link to download.

a switch usually allows connections for a minimum of 4 devices, and just leave unused connections empty
have you tried enableing attachments, what mail client do you use ?
