Building a gaming rig for 560$

I need suggestions about computer parts I should buy for a gaming rig, I already have monitor, os and peripherals.

I would like to play games like bf3 on high/ultra if possible.

Do you plan on building it or buy one ? I would suggest a good Motherboard like a Gigabyte with a i7 cpu..
