Building Design Server- Video card question

First post:

Alright I need some help! I’m looking at buying this system, its a refurbished server, so that in itself is risky!

That aside, I need a new video card for this to work for what I’m doing, im looking at this video card on newegg I think it will work, EXCEPT I know this card needs a 450 watt power supply, and the server has a 300watt ps.

I need duel DVI video cards, and PCI annnnd it needs to be small form!

I need to know what would be the most cost effective way to pump the power up on this system.

Any ideas?
