i have a 80 GB seagate Hard disk. kindly tell me that which cable is recommended to use with it to connect it with a PC.
I have a ATA -66 cable. But at that cable my hardisk cannot be detected.
kindly help me in this regard.

ATA 100 or 133 will do!
133 is recommended providing the HDD is 133 compliant!
