Can the Pentium M Processors Hyperthread?

Hello,

My reason for asking this is if I understand it correctly, the P4 hyperthreading chips to operate in hyperthreading mode need to have equalled banks of memory to operate at full speed. For example, 256mb board *2 and not 256mb and 512 board.
