Easy Contrast /Brightness control for windows?

IS THERE A PROGRAM THAT WILL LET ME CHANGE BRIGHTNESS OR GAMMA LEVELS QUICKLY (like windows volume control)

that would be great!!! reason im asking is the monitor is directly in view of the window and the sun will shine on it and i have to change the stupid many-button-pressing options in my monitor many times daily from dark to bright to corrospond to the rooms light levels

You can do that directly from the control panel of your graphics card (NVidia control panel or Catalyst Control Center) at the Montor/image section.

yeh but since im doin it too many times a day its annoying to do it from there every time which is why im askin for a quick way like the desktop volume control slider
