External Hard Disk Error : You need to format the disk before you can use it.

Hi,

my external hard drive becomes RAW in Disk Management and I can not access my files, I need the files back. Windows shows “You need to format the disk before you can use it”. when I right click and open it, there is nothing in it.

What can I do? help me please.
