HDD (HITACHI 750gb) Strange Clunking Sound

Hi, Friends My Laptop (Sony Vaio Fit 15E)HDD is making this clunking sound while I tilt it down after tilting up. Listen it up Here SoundCloud - Hear the world’s sounds

Well couldnt get the sound… sounds like your harddrive is failing. Can you please explain the movements you have to do before the harddrive starts clicking.

When I pull up my laptop at an angle of 45degree from the surface to look underneath on the waydown it makes this sound

Well i still think that you HDD is failing. i would recommend you take it in for repair.

Does it sound like a click click click noise?

How old is this hard drive ? Usually when any drive start making a noise ,it is not a good sign.. You will have to replace the drive, I would back up all important files/photos/music before it goes out..

NO it only makes noise when i pull it up and down at angle from surface

One month old, it only makes this noise when i pull it up and down at angle from surface

You should backup everything and take it in for repair.

well it is most likely a HDD.. this means when you tilt it, the disk is at an angle and the arm is trying to catch it so it can read/write it… so maybe it is just that.. you need to keep it at about 0 degrees.. no more than lets say, 20 degrees.
