Help - how to add a hdd to the mainboard?

Hello,

All cables from the mainboard for the hdds are used and I want to add one more hdd. How can I do this? Is there some kind of gadget to do that ?

I want to have 6-7 hdds on the motherboard.

You could use a SATA Controller card or go USB with external drives

Why not use a more bigger capacity HDD. Is a sure that it would save you money a power to your power supply.

I’m not sure why he wouldn’t, but some reasons that you would need more hds is for a server, if you already have big hard drives. It’s for network storage, as well as if you do RAID for huge hd space.

if you want to use an IDE HDD then this is what you want or if you want SATA HDDs then you would want this or go for an eSATA solution or USB or firewire
