How do you specify and change an IP address?

I had my router off overnight and the IP changed, is it possible to revert back to the original IP address or specify it (I know the original address)

do you mean the IP (public) the ISP assigns you or the internal IP?

You could assign the routes’r IP address yourself if you r sure of the same..
