okay, so i’ve had this printer for almost a year now, its a HP Deskjet D4360. and when I put in the color, and Black and White Toners, it reads the printer is full, but it wont print color. I cleaned the cartidges, and it still wont work my computer is a 2011 HP Pavillion DV5 Laptop buy from http://www.batterycentury.com , the cartidges are 74, and 75. This has become a reptitive problem, and i’ve wasted 64 dollars on 4 toners that arent printing, and it drives me crazy, please help.
