I need a program to ACURATELY measure my temps.
You’ll laugh but the one that somehow found its way onto my pc meaured my cpu temp at 270 degrees centigrade. Now for most that would mean that it is seriously malfunctioning especially when it really is only 30 in cmos.
So if there are any small programs that will work then pls let me know.

I downloaded SpeedFan and i just want clearance that its not made by some crazy hack that wants to fry my pc by using dark magic. Laughs

Never heard anything bad about SpeedFan. Most motherboard companies include some sort of monitoring software, although some happen to have a lot more stuff in the app than just temp/fan monitoring.

Haven’t used SpeedFan myself, so I can’t say. That’s something you might be able to find in the Help file or online resource for SpeedFan.
