Yesterday, I install this hardware into my system. I dont know why it displays black and white channels even though my monitor is coloured. Does it require a video card?
in a word yes i would have thought so
but my computer has an inbuilt vidio card and as per as my concern there is no slot for adding a vidio card in it~!
My guess would be there some software setting that you need to find, and should be in the manual (at least one would hope).
On-board video counts as a video card, but it’s just not removable.
Secondly, you can install a video card in a PCI, PCIe or AGP slot, assuming you have a card with the appropriate interface.
I have contacted vendor as well and this is the reply what I recieved from him

TV is it like that on all channels? Sounds almost like a reception
problem
but if it is like that on multiple channels that’s not likely.

Or could just be a compatibility with your graphics card or something.

graphics card do you have.
If you can’t get it going then I will do a full refund, and pay for the
postage back too - as far as I am concerned everything I sell should be
going.
But hopefully it is something solvable! Have you tried the radio part?

the other day I turn on my computer and look at the TV… it starts working…I dont know how but its working now.
