[li]For the longest time I’ve had the “plugged in not charging issue” on my Alienware 13. I even got a new battery and a new AC adapter, but neither helped. Im thinking it might be a problem with the power jack but I don’t know. I was talking to an expert about this , and he told me it could be something wrong with the motherboard. I went to Best Buy on Saturday , and they told me its not a software issue. I’m just wondering what the issue might possibly be . Any help is greatly appreciated![/li][/ol]
Still got a warranty? I’d use that first with Dell/Alienware.
