Hi,
I just completed building a new computer. After everything was installed I powered the computer on for the first time. I heard things spinning but the BIOS did not appear. I reopened the box and saw the CPU fan was not turning. I found I had plugged in the 2x12 power connector but not the 2x4. I plugged it in and this time the BIOS came up.
My question is: did I possibly damage the CPU and/or the GPU?
