I have every requirement for this game except my video card, it needs a shader 3.0 enabled card, my card can only do 2.0a. Any way to get around this?.
I think you should buy a new card. ATI radeon x1000 series or nVidia Geforce 7 series. But I’m not sure. Maybe if you would visit the websites of ATI or Nvidia, and look at the specs of the newer graphics cards.
Anything from GF6x up will do w/ 3.0 shaders. But most probably only like GF76 and up are “the way it’s (ie Vegas) ment to be played”. 
In the ATI range I’d go for nothing less than a X16x or X19x. 
i play rainbow 6 vegas with everything maxed out perfectly its an amazing game, i really do think that ubisoft make the best games
its too expensive to keep up wit these games man.
I agree man but my old pc lasted 3 years and pretty much was obsolete so decided i best get a new one, and i thought if a jobs worth doing, its worth doing well 
Unless there’s a way to force shader 2.0 support, you’re going to have to upgrade your video card.
im sure you could pick up a pretty decent graphics card for like £120
