Hi,
I just bought a new Samsung SATA hdd. Anyways, I have gone into Computer Management and Disk Management, initialise the drive and goto New Simple Volume, punch in all the settings and then let it start formatting, however it comes up saying “Windows cannot find a driver for this hardware” or whatever.
I have looked for a driver to no avail and tried updating my motherboard sata drivers, except everytime I try to it says “Incompatible with your version of windows” I’m running x64 Vista and running a Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R rev 1.x motherboard.
Anyone able to help?
