For BST use, you must use a non-free (ISP, college, work) e-mail address. Hotmail, Yahoo, G-Mail, etc. are not acceptable.
Also, if you want to avoid the spam bots, de-parse the e-mail addy.
For example: smith (dot) epstein (at) doom (dot) com
