Visioneer Strobe XP100

Im having an issue.

My Visioneer Strobe XP 100 is installed and is working, partially anyway.

For some reason only 1 quarter of the page is getting scanned. I tired changing the settings by changing them to letter size but its still not working!

SOMEONE HELP!!!

has to be the settings.

in settings search for a default scaning area or something like that.

Does this also happen when you use the Preview-scan feature?

I think, you can get solution through change the settings.keep sharing.
