windows update

Hi Everybody

I have just reinstalled windows xp on my pc,and run all the updates etc, same with norton scan for virus’s etc

NOW WHEN I RUN UPDATE I GET THIS MESSAGE…

[COLOR=“Red”]The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view.

Can anyone offer any suggestions to remedy this problem ???
is there something i can uninstall/reinstall ???

Try using automatic updates instead of the update site.

Did you try refreshing the page? That usually fixes it if I get that message.
