Wireless Problems!

I have a 802.11G wireless lan Mini usb adaptor, i set the adaptor to access point and basicaly when my Wifi Device finds my Access point, my computer is telling me my Wireless adaptor is recieving data bytes which is fine but it will not send any Data back out.

I dont have much knowledge of wireless connectivity, is this because its not a router? or is it because there is some setting im not activating, or some windows problem. Thanks for the help!

I had the same problem with my Wireless network on my laptop, Turned out, it was because i had not entered the network key right on my wireless laptop, which stoped me from sending and responce to the main gateway computer. Hmm
