Hi All:
Just wondering if anyone knew how to access your Win XP serial Code within Regedit? I know that it is accesible, however I am unsure of where to look!
Many thanks

Right Click on ‘My Computer’ and select ‘Properties’ it is there, under where it says Registered to:
e.g.
System:
Registered to:
<SERIAL CODE/REGISTRATION CODE HERE>
Computer:
<CURRENT CPU SPEED, RAM SIZE>
EDIT: It’s not in regedit but it’s a way of getting your Serial Code.
All that it shows is a series of numbers! I am looking for the lettered serial code? Can this be retrieved in Regedit? and if so how?
Many thanks
Olly

Just use ViewKeyXP, it’s easy to use.
ViewKeyXP.zip (8.46 KB)
You can use Magic Jelly Bean Keyfinder to find the product id.
