A decent graphics card for gaming?

    well 95 pounds is equivelent to $168US, but with their tax 95 becoms 111 pounds, making it about 200US dollars .
    i just google for a translator to make sure i was correct in my thinking.

    Yeah with VAT nothing is as good as it seems. Though UK electronic prices don't impress me unfortunatly.

    Yeah it was the other way around, we spend millions developing the "space pen" (which I have but never use). Writes upside-down like intended. But you probably knew that right?

    The pricing in the UK is one thing but the selection doesn't really impress me either, OC UK barely has anything. Not even X800GT or GTO cards:(

    i think i best start saving my pennies up then. i think i might need a new HDD first, my pc keeps crashing and the HDD makes some strange noises now.

    they have the GTO and GT jsut not the AGP, only the PCI-E.

    i think i'll just stick with agp for now, i only got this motherboard a few weeks ago. anyway im shattered, nearly five in the moring, i best be off to bed.

    uk prices are not bad, i got an X800XT PE for £150

    Fair Enough, that is a good price. It's more the selection that bothers me but I haven't looked around as much as the rest of you.

    Yeah if yu look around you can find some good prices, although that X800XT PE was a one off sale thing i think...it's now gone back to its normal price of over £200....
