About CH 6aiv5 with multiple monitors

Most onboard graphics will not support dual monitors, especially the use of the onboard and another video card at the same time.

Onboard video is usually designed so that when another Video Card device is detected (in agp or PCI) it will default to that instead of the onboard, but the way it does that is by disabling the onboard.

The only way of doing this i suspect is to buy another video card, although the ATI Rage is very old, you can pick similiar cards up for $10-$20 or less.. or £5-£15 here in the uk, search ebay or local adds, or just buy a ATI 7000 32mb, costs about $20/£16

If he's looking to use Dual Monitor - which I presume he is since he wants to utilise two video cards at the same time, then he most likely already has two monitors.. so a tv is not necerssary, + most tv's only do 50-60hz..

point taken m8 but to save alot of conflicts would it ot be easier to get a graphics card with two moniter support as this would solve many conflicts between cards and the overall quality will be better? this is wat i did b4 1 moniter broke.

I put on this (6aiv5) MB one ati videocard into AGP slot and another into PCI slot
under win98SE both worked well but under WP was a conflict.
OB video does'nt worked in both cases.
