ADVENT HD572i MONITOR DRIVER

Hi folks,can anyone help me.I am trying (without much sucsess) to track down an ADVENT HD275i monitor driver.All i know is that it was pc worlds own brand but they are no help.Thanks,Matthew.
 
may I ask what you need a monitor driver for? Does it have built in speakers? Monitors usually don't need a driver to be able to show pictures...
 
The monitor works fine, but every time i start up xp it says new hardware found and asks me for the drivers.I really only want to prevent this message popping up so thought installing the driver would help.
 
right, if i remember correctly (which i'm not 100% sure i do)

i think you can do one of two things

1) click cancel & check the box to never display this message again

2) click next a select a generic driver & check the box to never display this message again

if i remember correctly, as i've being using Linux for some time now & hardly remember Windoze, sorry if i'm wrong, there is a high possibility of me being wrong
