Hard to tell because I don't know what size your motherboard is. Is it inverted?
Not heard too much of BenQ because I thought they only did projectors; however it's specs look pretty decent. Quite cheap too.
If the motherboard is ATX - the linked case will be fine.
 
Yes it does, and also - that's a great processor - A decent motherboard for this, whilst supporting all of your current components, is an MSI Z87-G43 Socket 1150.

What's not to like?

As for gaming keyboards - I'm not too familiar with them. I should imagine they shouldn't be so complex that you cant find the correct button. Cooling is essential. If you're using the stock cooler that came with the PC/CPU, then I'd recommend fitting this:

The case you chose doesn't include a PSU or any fans - but this one includes a;
500W PSU
1 Front 120mm blue LED fan
80mm side blue fan.

500W is enough power, but if your current PSU is even more powerful you can use that.

Also, anything else that I need to buy as in parts? - Looking for keyboards. Also, if that fan is suitable for my current setup I will use that. Also, will you be posting a guide on how to build it? -- If that isn't so, then I will try and find someone to build it.
 
Yes, the motherboard is compatible with the CPU cooler I recommended. I will post a guide on how to build one on my website when I have time; cortexcomputing.tk. I have more than enough time, as you said you will be buying parts at the end of December time, early January.

Perhaps what parts I should have before I start, and which component goes where and how to know if its the right way etc, thermal paste ect ect.
Instructional Video might be better, whatever you think you are better at doing. Also, is it possible for it to be done on the motherboard which is compatible like the one you said, also if you aren't using the same parts, how much of a difference would I be experiencing whilst watching the video, or looking at the diagram.
