Another annoying message

Hi to all who read this,

My pc is getting a constant virus alert message everytime i start to download files and it sumtimes even comes up without me downloading anything.

I cant remember the infected file's name but its something about the system volume restore information.

Anyway when this message comes up i can either click on a box which is an option to erase the file after next startup and click "ok", or i can just click on "ok".

its really annoying as sometimes there is hundreds of these messages that keep popping up. once i press "ok" another one pops up and then another one then another then another and - u get the message.

really need help on this one cos it really is starting to get annoying.

any help will be greatly appreciated

Unplug the internet from your computer. Uninstall PC guard and those antispyware programs you've got. Then read my Windows XP Security Guide (link in my sig).
