Apple ID

Hello everybody,
I am trying to open an Apple ID and I don't want to give any credit card details. Is there any way to do it?
Anyway, I am looking for a child therapist for my younger child. I heard the name of Lynn Goya, M. Ed., Psy. D as child and adult therapist honolulu. Has anyone have got his service before? How was that?

Not sure about the None option, but one way around it is to get one of those cards that you have to pre-load before you can spend anything on it.
