ATI 9600 Pro scan?

i have a radion 9600 pro agp and the fan went taking out some of the ic's on the bottom of the card. i have a smd rework station and would like to try to repair the card but i cannot read the number on the ic since it is burned. does anyone have a 9600 pro agp that can possibly scan the bottom of the card for me?

thanks the scan helped a little but ended up being to blury to read . I figured out what i need but now i cant find replacements.

Does anyone know anything about what these do and what type of ic they are?
