Building OfficePC, Config Check

Geek Trainee
Hello,
at first i want to apologize for my bad english.

The system i want to build should replace an old system, builded in '94...
Im looking for an checkup if the config is working together. I got testreports from some parts, and changed some already. But before i spend 500€ for some expensive trash i wanted to ask some professionals about this.

Budget: 500€.
Actual Configuration (~350€):
  • CPU - Intel® Celeron® Processor G540 ( details )
  • RAM - 2 x Kingston ValueRAM DIMM 2 GB DDR3-1066 ( details )
  • MBoard - ASRock B75 Pro3-M ( details )
  • PowerSupply - SilverStone ST50F-P ( details )
  • HDD - Western Digital WD3200AAKX 320 GB ( details )
  • ROM - ASUS DRW-24B5ST ( details )
  • CPU Freezer - Scythe Samurai ZZ Rev.B ( details )
  • Case - Aerocool Qs-200 Advance ( details )
  • Add Freezer - Aerocool Shark Fan 12cm Black Edition ( details )
Usage:
Office. No Browsing, no high end video/sound streaming, no gaming but solitär f.e.,...

So thanks in advance for your time here in my thread!
I hope the configuration looks not as worse as i think :p

It doesn't look that bad, except I would not use a Asrock Motherboard, Go with a Gigabyte or Asus or MSI....
Asrock motherboards are made cheap and blow real easy..Also try and find a board that has more ram/ memory at least 8 gigs...

Ok, i selected two different boards,
I'd take the MSI board, what do you think?

And i got a different question: The user of the new pc wants to use diskettes (3,5").
Its pretty hard to find something which matches to any new boards, so i decided this external drive: click // details
Does anyone got experiences with this drives?

TIA again :)

Those are Both good Motherboards, I just prefer the Gigabyte Motherboards.... I never had any problems with them..
A floppy drive, WHY ???? They are out of Date, You should look into Thumb drive's/USB drive... they are much easier the use and to learn.. NO burning, just copy and paste..

I know that the drives are outdated, but the person for which ive build this config still uses them.
Just have a look in the topic, part 'usage'. The typical usage of the user is office work, and creating greeting cards with cliparts - nvm.... Im just caring about the hardware & system.

Thanks a lot for your support, i bought the parts with the gigabyte board.
