Buying a new LCD monitor need help deciding.

Hi i am upgrading my monitor. I am getting a 22" LCD monitor and i cant decide which one i should get.(links for both soon). I am a gamer so please keep that in mind if it affects your decision. I am running on a AMD athalon 3400 processor. I have a EVGA e-GeForce 7600 GT GDDR 3 256MB model graphics card. and i have a gigabyte of RAM. Dont know if you needed to know all that but i thought i should put it in in case you did. I want to maximize my gaming experience.
