when im playing COD, suddenly the cursor changes back to the arrow cursor..this happens every 5mins approx.to return i just right-click which has the alternate fire-mode..the game doesnt crash to the desktop or anything...it just shows me the arrow cursor ie the mouse cursor when ur on the desktop...any ideas how i can solve this??
 
I get that occasionaly when i play COD aswell, but it only happens when a program in the background is loading or updating something!
Can you confirm if there is any background programs running?
 
yup there is this process called iexplore.exe that starts in the task manager-no window or anything..it just starts then stops..i already checked my pc for spyware n stuff..
 
I'm suspecting that it is starting and stopping all the time causing the cursor to flash but i cant see a way around this. sorry!
