Computer is freezing and I think it is either a Hard drive or temps

    Motherboard:122-CK-NF68-T1

    I am running 2 hard drives in a raid 150+150=300gb

    Core2Quad Q6700

    2x 8600GT in SLI

    8gb DDR2 800

    At idle my temps are

    I set up an extra fan to maintain these temps - I was hitting 54c+ without the fan at idle
    Another questions is does this motherboard not have SMART monitoring? I checked the manual and I cant find anything about it...Or could it be that that the drives are in a raid?
