Holy crap are those cool, I particularly like n-sane's theme there with that screen:good:. The site I linked up there is cool but it's ancient, we're talking about PS 5 primarily, they haven't even launched and PS7 tuts yet.
http://www.bungie.net/Forums/default.aspx is also very well designed, tons of eye candy here, I'm thoroughly impressed.
