Core 2 Duo Temps

I've just finished assembling my new PC.

I've installed a 2.4 GHz Core 2 Duo (E6600), using the stock heatsink w/ fan and pre-applied thermal grease. Right now I'm in the BIOS watching the fan speeds, as I haven't installed Windows yet, and I wanted to make sure the fans just didn't decide to turn off after five minutes like they did during assembly.

Everything has been running steadily for about five minutes now. The processor has idled at about 52.5 Degrees Celsius / 126.5 Degrees Fahrenheit. The heatsink fan is spinning at approximatly 1,180 RPM.

I want to make sure these temps are okay before I actually try to do something, like install Vista.

I have a E6400 with AS5 Thermal Paste on it, It idles about 30-35 C. On load around 37-40C (This all is according to Speedfan). I think that 52 is a little hot for idle, But I suppose it depends on what temperature your house is and how many fans you have in your computer.. etc
 
Things have changed slightly since installing Vista...

The Motherboard is staying around 109F/43C , the CPU at 94F/34C , and the GPU at 117F/46C . This is after reducing the case fan speeds from 3500RPM to 1000RPM to quiet it down a bit. All of this is in Vista, performing standard tasks like word processing. :D
