I just wanted to know if there was a program that can record how much you download and upload, not that I do either. Preferably something free as well. :P
 
That looks like it might do it. Is there not one that saves the previous amount? like lets say i close it the amount doesn't reset till i tell it to?
 
you need to click on the Netmeter icon in the system tray I think. And select totals, there you see the options for daily, weekly etc etc
