Failure installing epson drivers

When I try to install the latest drivers for the epson c42ux+ i get this messge
It wont let me install the drivers and its bugging me. :confused: Any ideas?

According to another site its because you've got some system files missing.
These are:
* Config.nt
* Autoexec.nt
* Command.com
Check to see if these files are there and if not copy them from the i386 folder on your XP CD.
