FRM files

Six years ago my computer was having serious problems, and expecting the worst, I copied my Juno email folders onto floppies. They display as FRM files. I no longer have Juno. Is there a way to read these files?

Im not sure if its any use but if finds a suitable match it can sometimes find a compatible software.
