A superb suggestion, -=Sniper=-. Especially for the financially challenged, such as myself :)

i'm tryin 2 control my urges to just buy my pc parts now and build it, cos i havn't had a new pc in 5 years :) and this will be my first pc that is owned by me out right other than my laptop.

which is y i am asking so many questions about hardware e.t.c cos i dont want 2 rush into it like i did quite awhile back, and subsequently got what i know now was a poorly made crap elite mobo with 750 duron a fan that was MAX meant 2 be used for a 750 and a hhd / dvd drive and cd-rw that was not compatible with my shity via chipset on my motherboard.

Well, I hate Maxtor. I'd get a Western Digital hdd. Then again I'm a fanboy.

    Fanboy #2

I have to agree with harrack52, Maxtors are nothing but trouble. I'd go with Western Digital.
