help me swap drives

hello everyone....I'm looking for some help transferring ALL of my files from my 4 gig hard drive (primary) to my new 20 gig slave drive without having to burn a disk. I'm looking for a way to transfer everything over so I can then pull the 4 gig out and make the 20 gig my primary. Both drives have windows XP OS. I installed the slave with this in mind but then realized that I had no idea how to accomplish the task. Neither does anyone else I know. Is it possible? :confused:
 
Just have the 20GB as master on the primary IDE channel and then temporarily hook up the 4GB in place of the CD-ROM. Transfer what you want under Windows and then shut the system down and hook up the CD-ROM again and remove the 4GB drive.
