made a new pc today and it keeps getting a blue screen saying it must shut down in order to prevent damage, any ideas as to what it could be? im using vista by the way

Havnt used Vista yet but as XP, can u check n see what even viewer says about this problem?(RightClick MyComputer > Manage > Events)

Try using Win XP or 2000. Maybe this will solve it.

It seems more like Virus/adware problem... Delete all the stuff from that Temp folder. Run AV/adware to get rid of virus/adware problem..
