I downloaded the latest Nvidia RIVA TNT2 M64 driver, 44.x and it says it supports OpenGL 2.x and DirectX9.0c?, after i installed that, it actually work and looked better. For instance I played Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, with the latest RIVA TNT2 M64 driver and it worked. so why didn't it work for Star Wars Jedi Knight Jedi Academy demo???

That's hard to say. I would try to download the demo again in case you have a file that's been borked.

Well Jedi Academy is Open GL specific, where Harry Potter is Direct3D specific. These requirements make a big difference between games!
You card is almost on the very bottom of the minimum system requirements for Jedi Academy so i will suprised if it even works correctly. If you've already installed the latest M64 drivers, i'd suggest re-installing the latest version of DirectX 9.0c. Other than that, i don't know what the problem could be!
