Help with buying a graphics card (Suggestions)

Hello,
i'm new at the forum and i was searching for post like this but i haven't found someone so i'm sorry for opening a new if there was one.
My question it's, i found some graphic card for my pc, but the problem its does the computer will read it? So here is my performances and the graphic card i want it, and please help me about question:

My Motherboard
My Power Supply
and the graphic card i want it:

If your power supply has a 6 pin power connector for the video card then this will work fine.
