My ISP uses proxy servers. The problem with this is that practically every file hosting service limits downloads based on your IP, and for some reason they can only see all connections from the proxy server as from one person rather than their real IPs. This results in inability to download files because the site keeps thinking you are already downloading something.
Is there any way i can get past this problem? Using other proxy servers doesnt seem to help.
